The FEV series is a premium forged wheel hub solution designed for large sedans, SUVs, and electric vehicles. It supports full customization of designs, sizes, and colors, with standard specifications also available. Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) tire sizes are recommended for optimal performance.

Compared to conventional cast aluminum wheels, these forged hubs achieve a 20-25% weight reduction while maintaining equivalent load ratings**, demonstrating superior strength-to-weight ratios**. Manufactured from 6061-T6 forged aluminum alloy, the wheels feature advanced surface finishes including brushed and polished treatments**, with full color customization options**. Production lead times range from 20 to 30 days.

Available in monoblock, two-piece, and three-piece configurations, the series offers customizable PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) and ET offsets. Custom center caps with client branding are available, along with special-order options such as widths exceeding 11.5J+ and dual-tone finishes. Hub diameters span 17" to 24", with standardized specifications provided for each size.
