Sustainable Development Policy

Article 1: Background and purpose

We are committed to sustainable development at the economic, social and environmental

levels. We recognize the importance of sustainability to the long-term success of our

company and will actively take steps to promote sustainability practices in our core

business and across all areas.

Sustainability Principles: We will be guided by the following sustainability principles to

guide our work and decision-making:

a. Economic sustainability: The pursuit of sound economic growth, value creation while

focusing on compliance, risk management and financial stability.

b. Social responsibility: Respect employees' rights and interests, pay attention to

employees' welfare and safety; Actively participate in community building to promote

public interest and social justice.

c. Environmental protection: reduce resource consumption, optimize energy efficiency,

reduce waste and pollutant emissions, and commit to environmental protection and

ecological restoration.
